Founder
Yan-Long Chen, the founder of UJEN, established the company on a foundation of precision mold engineering and long-term product thinking. With more than four decades of experience in plastic product design, tooling development, and multi-material integration, he emphasizes that quality and innovation must be built into the product from the earliest design stage. His leadership philosophy continues to shape UJEN’s focus on functional reliability, manufacturability, and disciplined engineering execution.
President
As President of UJEN, Max Chen oversees product strategy, manufacturing optimization, and cross-team collaboration. With deep understanding of market demand and engineering integration, he leads the organization in refining production processes and quality systems while encouraging innovation and continuous learning. Mold Engineering Unit
The Mold Engineering Unit forms the technical backbone of UJEN’s manufacturing capability. This team focuses on high-precision mold design and development, ensuring dimensional accuracy, stable production, and long tool life. Their work directly impacts product consistency, structural reliability, and scalability across fastening components.
R&D Unit
UJEN’s R&D Unit is responsible for advancing fastening mechanisms, structures, and material applications.
